Long ago, in a universe far far away — well, really, about 24 years ago as of this year — the West Coast Meyer Clan of Folsom (since relocated to El Dorado Hills) came into being, thanks to a marriage between Jennifer Beam Rowan (formerly of Santa Barbara) and Jim "I don't have no stinkin' maiden name" Meyer (formerly of Wappingers Falls, NY, not to mention Canoga Park and Franklin Square and a bunch of other places). Being modern folks, indebted to Al Gore for having invented the Internet and mindful of the dangers inherent in the electronic world, they went ahead and created this Web site. And, being thoroughly busy people, they completely neglected it. So it is pretty much as it was, although it has been expanded to include the Famous Yearly Newsletter and maybe a link or two to other exciting sites. So kick back, throw a shrimp on the barby, and click away!
